The 2014 (((folkYEAH!))) season at the Henry Miller Memorial Library kicked off in a big way last night with a special performance by The Pixies. Fresh from Coachella, the band sounded tight and inspired. Paz Lenchantin (of Entrance Band) on bass, has probably played more shows here at The Library than most, rocked it as usual and looked like she was loving every minute. Canterbury, UK band Syd Arthur opened the evening.
